323001135 - 0010T67 HYDRAULIC CLUTCH SYSTEM - BLEED AIR

1. Remove the brake/clutch fluid reservoir cap and connect suitable equipment to the reservoir.

To prevent impurities entering the brake-clutch fluid reservoir, before undoing the cap, thoroughly clean it and the entire upper surface of the reservoir next to the filler.

1. Remove the protective plug and connect the recovery device (pipe and reservoir) to the bleed valve on the clutch coaxial actuator connector.2. Lift clip (2a) until the first click is heard (bleed tap open), then move fluid pipe (2b) back.- Open the equipment fluid reservoir tap slowly.- Wait for all the air in the hydraulic clutch release system to escape.- Push the fluid pipe towards the clutch coaxial actuator connector and lock it with the clip. - Remove the recovery device (pipe and reservoir) and fit the protective plug on the bleed valve.- Remove the brake-clutch bleed equipment.- Check that the clutch disengages and that the gears engage properly.- Check the fluid level in the brake-clutch reservoir is correct.
