Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system. |
- If necessary, remove the dehydrating filter as follows:1. Release the circlip using suitable pliers.2. Tighten an M5 bolt (2a) into opening (2b).3. Undo bolt (2a) and remove dehydrating filter (3a).

- Check that the condenser is intact and does not show signs of damage or deposits of dirt on the finned surface.- If removed, refit the dehydrating filter and attach the retaining ring.- Place the condenser in position and tighten the radiator fixing bolts.- Connect the pipes to the condenser and tighten the fixing bolt.
Replace the O-rings on the connectors. Only use green coloured seals that are resistant to R134a coolant. Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze. |
