323002905 - 1088D48 PIPE FROM ENGINE COOLANT RESERVOIR TO TURBOCHARGER - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE 1. Loosen the band and disconnect the hose from the three-way connector.2. Undo the nut securing the intermediate bracket.3. Release the connector and remove the pipe from the engine coolant tank to turbocharger. Refitting ( Removing ) - Refit the pipe from the engine coolant tank to the turbocharger in its housing and tighten the connector complete with new seals to the recommended torque.

The connector should be tightened keeping the pipe still. Any movements of more than 3° affect the seal of the connector.

- Tighten the nut securing the intermediate bracket.- Connect the hose to the three-way connector and tighten the associated bands.     Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE     Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
