323002909 - 1088D57 ENGINE COOLANT RETURN PIPE TO SUPPLY RESERVOIR - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE 1. Disconnect the quick coupling for the engine coolant return pipe to the supply reservoir, thermostat side.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the engine coolant supply pipe to the turbocharger, three-way connector side.3. Loosen band (3a) and remove the coolant return pipe to supply reservoir (3b). 1. If necessary, loosen bands (1a) and remove three-way connector (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) - Connect the three-way connector to the hoses and tighten the bands.- Refit the engine coolant return pipe in its seat and tighten the band connecting it to the supply reservoir.- Connect the quick coupling for the engine coolant return pipe to the supply reservoir, thermostat side.- Connect the engine coolant supply pipe to the turbocharger, three-way connector side and tighten the band.    Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE     Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
