Removing ( Refitting )
Follow the safety instructions    Op. 5040 AIR CONDITIONING CASING AND COMPONENTS
    Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE 1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the connector (1b) from the compressor (1c).
Seal the connector that has been disconnected using a suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.
1. Undo the bolt and disconnect the pipes from the expansion valve.2. Release the pipe from the fastenings and remove it.
Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the pipe from the compressor to the evaporator is not damaged and that there are no cracks that could compromise the seal.
Replace the O-rings on the connectors. Only use green coloured seals that are resistant to R134a coolant.Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze.
- Place the pipe from the evaporator to the compressor in position and secure it using the dedicated fastenings.- Connect the connector to the compressor and tighten the bolt to the recommended torque.
