74501 - 0510A10 CYLINDER COMPRESSION - Check with spark plugs or injectors removed

1. Connect the Examiner diagnostic equipment to the vehicle2. Disconnect the electrical connections for the injectors and the main coil windings.3. Connect the transducer to measure pressure readings of up to 50 bar with the diagnostic equipment in a spark plug seat.4. Turn the engine over several times, using the starter motor, keeping the accelerator and clutch pedals pressed.

Make sure that there are no leaks from the test equipment connector.

5. Repeat the test for the remaining cylinders.6. Check that there is not a great difference between the pressure readings for the cylinders.7. Cancel the injector errors using the diagnostic equipment.
