75025 - 1056B60 single fuel manifold pipe, with injectors - r + r

Removing ( Refitting ) - Make sure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then open the boot, remove the cover on the left hand side and disconnect the negative battery lead.    See in Op. 7040D50 ENGINE COMPARTMENT UPPER SOUND INSULATION SHIELD - R.R.    See in Op. 1016A20 SINGLE TAPPET COVER - R.R. AND REPLACE GASKET    See in Op. 1016A40 Ignition COIL COVER on cylinder head - R.R.1. Undo the fixing bolt (1a) and move the turbocharger engine coolant return pipe (1b) away.2. Disconnect the electrical connections from the injectors.

3. Disconnect the electrical connection from the phase transformer actuator.4. Release the fastening clips and turn the fuel manifold wiring over.
1. Disconnect the pipe from the pressure regulator.2. Disconnect the fuel supply pipe (2a) and the return pipe (2b) from the fuel manifold.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the fuel manifold assembly (3b).
Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the fuel manifold pipe complete with injectors in its housing and secure it using the bolts.- Connect the electrical connections to the injectors.

- Connect the electrical connection to the phase transformer actuator.- Connect the pipe to the pressure regulator.- Connect the fuel supply and return pipe to the fuel manifold.- Secure the fuel pipes to the springs.    See in Op. 1016A40 Ignition COIL COVER on cylinder head - R.R.    See in Op. 1016A20 SINGLE TAPPET COVER - R.R.
