Removing ( Refitting ) - Open the boot and disconnect the negative battery terminal.    See in Op. 7040A58 TRIM on dashboard - R.R.    See in Op. 7040A44 INSTRUMENT PANEL LEFT SIDE TRIM - R.R.1. Undo the bolts fixing the air vent assembly to the dashboard.- Extract the assembly from the housing in the dashboard.2. Disconnect the electrical connector.

3. Disconnect the air flap flexible control cable.4. Remove the air vent assembly from the dashboard.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Connect the electrical connector for the air vent assembly light in the dashboard.

- Connect the air flap flexible control cable.- Fit the assembly in the housing in the dashboard.- Fit the air vent assembly in the dashboard tightening the bolts fixing it to the dashboard.    See in Op. 7040A44 INSTRUMENT PANEL LEFT SIDE TRIM - R.R.    See in Op. 7040A58 TRIM on dashboard - R.R.- Connect the negative battery terminal.
