Carry out the operations described below with the help of a second mechanic.

Removing ( Refitting ) - Open the bonnet.1. Release the retaining springs at both ends using a screwdriver (without removing them).2. Remove the telescopic strut. Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the telescopic strut is not damaged.- Refit the telescopic strut press fitting the ends of the securing pins.- Fit the retaining springs on both ends.- Check the operation of the telescopic strut.
