Disconnect the air supply hose to the rigid pipe from the heat exchanger.2. Disconnect the turbocharger air supply hose from the heat exchanger.3. Undo the bolts fixing the heat exchanger to the radiator.4. Remove the heat exchanger.

- Fit the heat exchanger in the special housing and tighten the bolts fixing it to the radiator.- Connect the air supply hoses to the rigid pipe and the turbochager to the heat exchanger.
