Disconnect the vacuum pipe from the vacuum unit.4. Undo the bolts fixing the throttle casing to the intake manifold.5. Remove pneumatically controlled throttle casing

Refitting ( Removing

) - Fit the throttle casing on the intake manifold.- Tighten the bolts fixing the throttle casing to the intake manifold.- Connect the vacuum pipe to the connector on the vacuum unit.- Tighten the bolts fixing the EGR valve supply pipe to the throttle casing. See in Op. 1048B44 See in Op. 1016A10
