1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the flywheel side oil seal cover (1b).

- Clean the matching surface between the crankcase sump and the flywheel side oil seal cover.- Fit a new sealing cover with gasket incorporated and secure it by tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.
