Removing ( Refitting )     See in Op. 1060G80 Diesel electronic injection system CONTROL UNIT - R.R.    See in Op. 5040A72 Pipe from expansion valve to coupling - R.R.    See in Op. 5040B30 Expansion VALVE (tube orifice) - R.R.- Position a suitable container for collecting the coolant.- Open the retaining bands and disconnect the heater supply and return pipes, heater side.1. Undo the fixing nuts (1a) and remove the heater rigid pipes mounting bracket (1b).
1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the upper bracket (1b) and the lower bracket (1c) on the fan assembly.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) fixing the heater unit to the dashboard supporting crossmember (1b), fan assembly side.
1. Undo the upper (1a) and lower (1b) fixing bolts and remove the windscreen air vent (1c) releasing it from the electrical wiring for the solar sensor.
- Release the electrical wiring from the retaining springs, fastened to the air conditioning unit.1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and detach the earth node (1b) and the earth lead (1c) fastened to the bodyshell, centre console side.

Refitting ( Removing ) - Reposition the air conditioning unit casing in its place.- Connect the electrical connectors for the air conditioning unit.

1. Fasten the earth node (1a) and the earth lead (1b) to the bodyshell, centre console side and tighten the fixing bolts (1c).

- Secure the dashboard wiring to the retaining springs, fastened to the air conditioning unit.- Fit the windscreen air vent in its housing and secure it using the bolts.1. Tighten the bolts (1a) fixing the heater unit to the dashboard supporting crossmember (1b), fan assembly side.
