841004572 - E3079 REAR BLIND FOLDING OPERATIONAL DESCRIPTION

Operational Description

Body Computer M001, receives an INT (Key-on) signal at pin 9 of connector H, when it brings about - via an earth signal - excitation of the coil of service relay R13 that supplies boot control unit M063 (pin 5 of connector C) and all associated funcion loads via a line protected by fuse F46 of underfacia junction unit B002.The blind folding control switch I014 is connected to the luggage compartment control unit M063:

  • at pin 18 of connector E for the descent;
  • at pin 8 of connector E for the ascent.
The actual control unit, supplied by the line protected by fuse F61 inside the luggage compartment junction unit B045, engages the motor, interfaced at the rear/blind bridge coupling D052, according to the following logic:

  • if there is a negative voltage at pin 1 of connector C and the control unit activates an earth signal at pin 2 of the same connector, then the motor will implement a downwards movement;
  • if, on the other hand, there is a positive voltage at pin 2 of connector C and the control unit activates an earth signal at pin 1 of the same connector, then the motor will implement an upwards movement.
Body Computer M001 receives an INT/A (key-on) signal from ignition switch H001 at pin 27 of connector D via fuse F31 of underfacia control unit B002.
