Operational Description
The radio-telephone navigator system integrated in the info-telematic control unit M065 receives a supply at pin A7 of connector B directly from the battery via the line protected by fuse F39 of the junction unit under the dashboard B002.Pins A1 and A3 of connector B are dedicated to CAN communication through which the info-telematic control unit M065 converses with the Body Computer M001, the instrument panel E050 and the roof control unit M062.The GPS/GSM aerial P110 coaxial cable is connected to the info-telematic control unit M065. The signals coming from the microphone fitted inside the roof control unit M062 reach pins 16 and 17 of connector A; the roof control unit is supplied at pin 10 directly by the battery through the line protected by fuse F39 located in the junction unit under the dashboard B002.The cables destined for the radio phone coupling D099 leave from connector E of the info-telematic control unit M065 (pins 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8). Pin 1 receives a supply (8V) whilst pins 2 and 6 are earth signals. These signals are also used to transmit the radiophone commands coming from the control unit on the steering wheel M093 (pins 3 and 4) which is supplied by the line controlled by the ignition (INT) protected by fuse F49 of the junction unit under the dashboard B002 and is connected to the rest of the vehicle through the clock spring (D047).Pins 7 and 8 transmit and receive signals from the handset ( respectively: microphone and speaker).
