851194 - 1048B44 RIGID air supply PIPE from heat exchanger to intake manifold - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting )     See in Op. 7040D50 ENGINE COMPARTMENT UPPER SOUND INSULATION SHIELD - R.R.    See in Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R.1. Disconnect the vapour recovery pipe from the separator (1a) and from the air inlet hose (1b), open the plastic band (1c) and then remove the actual pipe (1d).
1. Disconnect the heat exchanger air supply pipe from the rigid pipe.2. Undo the bolt and the nut fixing the rigid pipe.3. Remove the rigid air supply pipe between the heat exchanger and the intake manifold.- Remove the O-ring on the throttle casing.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Fit a new O-ring on the throttle casing.- Fit the rigid air supply pipe and tighten the fixing bolt and the nut to the throttle casing and the engine.- Connect the heat exchanger flexible air supply pipe to the rigid section.- Fit the oil vapour recovery pipe and secure it using the bands.    See in Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R.    See in Op. 7040D50 ENGINE COMPARTMENT UPPER SOUND INSULATION SHIELD - R.R.
