162709 - 1060B Low pressure fuel supply circuit check

1. Connect the Examiner diagnostic equipment pressure transducer between the diesel filter (1a) and the pressure pump (1b) (connect it to the filter outlet).Turn the ignition key to the ON position.Within 30 seconds check that the pressure reading on the gauge is less than 1 bar.

The fuel pump in the tank should switch off after 30 seconds.

Make sure that the taps and the adjustment screws at the side of the pressure gauge are open (except the ones of the ducts not connected to the system).
