Removing ( Refitting

) - Open the boot and disconnect the negative battery terminal. See in Op. 7040A58 TRIM on dashboard - R.R. See in Op. 7040A45 INSTRUMENT PANEL RIGHT SIDE TRIM - R.R. See in Op. 5010C02 RIGHT SIDE air VENT in dashboard (passenger side) - R.R.1. Undo the bolts fixing the vent.- Release the air vent from the housing in the dashboard.2. Disconnect the passenger side air flap flexible cable from the flap.3. Remove the passenger side air vent.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Connect the passenger side air flap flexible cable to the flap.- Fit the air vent in the special housing in the dashboard tightening the fixing bolts. See in Op. 5010C02 RIGHT SIDE air VENT in dashboard (passenger side) - R.R. See in Op. 7040A45 INSTRUMENT PANEL RIGHT SIDE TRIM - R.R. See in Op. 7040A58 TRIM on dashboard - R.R.- Connect the negative battery lead.
