    See in Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R.- Raise the lift.    See in Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD under engine - R.R.- With the engine cold, remove the engine coolant reservoir plug.- Position a suitable container for collecting the fluid under the vehicle.1. Remove the band from the lower radiator hose and release the hose from the connector on the radiator.2. Open the bleed screw on the radiator fully.3. Completely open the bleed screw on the pump rigid water inlet pipe.4. Open the bleed screw on the heater supply completely.

- Instructions for refilling the system.- Reconnect the lower radiator hose and secure it using the band.- Prepare a mixture of 40% water-Paraflù UP (red coloured organic Paraflù) in a container in sufficient quantities to completely refill the cooling circuit.

1. Slowly introduce the coolant through the filler on the expansion tank taking great care not to exceed the MAX reference.2. Then close the bleed screw on the engine radiator as soon as coolant starts to come out.3. Continue refilling until fluid comes out of the bleed opening in the rigid pipe (3a) and the radiator supply hose (3b), then close the bleed screws.- Continue refilling until the coolant in the reservoir is at the level of the MAX notch on the tank.4. Tighten the engine coolant reservoir cap.

- Start up the engine and let it idle for about 2 - 3 minutes.- Then carry out gradual, periodic accelerations up to around 3000 rpm.- In order to check that the engine coolant is circulating correctly, switch on the car interior heater at the maximum temperature and make sure that hot air comes out of the vents.- When this check has been carried out, switch off the car interior heater.- If the engine coolant goes below the MIN reference, carefully open the cap and introduce coolant until it reaches the MAX reference, then close the cap.- Wait until the engine cooling fan comes on at least twice.- Then switch off the engine and leave it to cool down.- After having left the engine to cool down, top up the fluid to the MAX level in the tank if necessary. At the end of this operation, make sure that at least the same amount of fluid that was collected when the system was drained has been introduced.
