Refitting

    See in Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R.    See in Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD under engine - R.R.    See in Op. 1048B44 RIGID air supply PIPE from heat exchanger to intake manifold - R.R.    See in Op. 1048A56 UPPER RESONATOR - R.R.    See in Op. 1048A50 air inlet pipe to turbocharger - r + r- Lower the lift.1. Undo the bolt fixing the reaction rod to the mount.

1. Remove the safety seal on the electrical connector, then disconnect the brake system control unit electrical connector (NFR).

2. Undo the nuts securing the brake system control unit (NFR) to the bracket.

- Position the hydraulic engine support under the oil sump in order to work safely.1. Undo the nuts fixing the flexible mounting block.2. Undo the bolts fixing the rigid support to the gearbox.3. Undo the pin connecting the rigid support to the flexible mounting.- Gently lower the hydraulic lift until the gearbox bell housing is resting on the crossmember.4. Remove flexible block (4a) and rigid gearbox side engine mount (4b).

Refitting ( Removing ) 1. - Fit the flexible block in its seat and tighten the fixing nuts.2. Fit the rigid engine mount in its seat and tighten the bolts securing it to the gearbox and the threaded pin joining it to the block.3. Tighten the pin connecting the rigid support to the flexible mounting block

4. Tighten the bolts fixing the support to the gearbox to torque.

5. Tighten the nuts fixing the flexible mounting block to torque.

5	(Mount) 5.8	Nuts	GEARBOX SIDE RUBBER MOUNT	M10X1.25

- Remove the hydraulic safety device positioned under the oil sump.- Tighten the nuts securing the brake system control unit (NFR) to the bracket to torque.

- Connect the electrical connection for the brake system electronic control unit (NFR).

- Tighten the reaction rod fixing bolt to torque.
