Removing ( Refitting )     See in Op. 7040D50 ENGINE COMPARTMENT UPPER SOUND INSULATION SHIELD - R.R.    See in Op. 5040A10 Air conditioning coolant circuit - Drying and Repressurizing- Open the boot and disconnect the negative battery terminal.     See in Op. 1056B82 Injection/ignition system CONTROL UNIT (one) - R.R.     See in Op. 5040A72 Pipe from expansion valve to coupling - R.R.1. Undo the bolt fixing the high pressure pipe on the expansion valve.2. Disconnect the high pressure pipe (2a) from the expansion valve (2b).
- Move the pipe outside of the work area.1. Undo the bolts fixing the expansion valve to the engine/passenger compartment bulkhead.2. Remove the valve.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Fit the expansion valve tightening the fixing bolts.    See in Op. 5040A72 Pipe from expansion valve to coupling - R.R.     See in Op. 1056B82 Injection/ignition system CONTROL UNIT (one) - R.R. - Connect the negative battery terminal.    See in Op. 5040A10 Air conditioning coolant circuit - Drying and Repressurizing    See in Op. 7040D50 ENGINE COMPARTMENT UPPER SOUND INSULATION SHIELD - R.R.
