Removing ( Refitting ) - Open the boot, remove the cover on the left hand side and disconnect the negative battery lead. See in Op. 7040D50 ENGINE COMPARTMENT UPPER SOUND INSULATION SHIELD - R.R. See in Op. 1048A21 AIR INLET HOSE FROM INTAKE TO FILTER - R.R. See in Op. 1048A28 vacuum air circuit resonator pipe - r+r See in Op. 1016A42 LEFT CYLINDER HEAD IGNITION COIL COVER - R.R. See in Op. 1048A11 COMPLETE AIR FILTER -R.R.- Position a suitable container for collecting the engine coolant.1. Open the retaining band between the hose and the automatic transmission fluid heat exchanger and disconnect the pipe collecting the engine coolant.2. Open the band retaining the rubber hose to the rigid pipe coming from the radiator and disconnect it.3. Open the band (3a) retaining the hose (3b) to the thermostat unti and remove it.

- Position the hose securing it to the thermostat unit and close the retaining band.- Connect the hose to the rigid pipe and close the retaining band.- Connect the hose to the heat exchanger and close the retaining band.
