1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the engine pulley (1b).2. Loosen the left bolt fixing the toothed timing drive pulley.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the timing belt protective cover (1b).
1. Loosen the timing belt moving tensioner bolt.2. Release and remove the timing belt.
1. Disconnect the electrical connections from the ignition coils, then release the wiring from the fastenings and move it.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the ignition coils (2b).3. Disconnect the oil vapour recirculation pipe from the tappet cover.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the tappet cover (1b) complete with gasket.
1. Undo the fastenings for the engine oil heat exchanger supply/return pipes.2. Disconnect the coolant supply pipe to the engine oil heat exchanger from the thermostat.3. Disconnect the coolant outlet pipe from the engine oil heat exchanger from the water pump rigid inlet pipe.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the rpm sensor.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the water pump inlet pipe (1b).- Remove the gasket.
1. Disconnect the crankcase coolant supply pipe from the thermostat.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the cylinder head assembly (1b).- Remove the cylinder head gasket.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the engine flywheel (1b).2. Remove the flywheel lock.

1. Undo the bolt (1a) and remove the fixed timing tensioner (1b).2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the support on the engine for the reaction rod (2b) complete with timing belt moving tensioner (2c).3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the pipe between the thermostat and the crankcase (3b).
1. Undo the front and rear bolts (1b) fixing the crankcase sump using the spanner (1b).
