505851 - 1028H54 Piston and connecting rod - Separation at the bench

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Remove the piston rings.2. Release the pin (2a) and separate the connecting rod (2b) from the piston (2c). Refitting ( Removing ) - Join the connecting rod to the piston so that the number stamped on the small end is facing the large references (for the inlet valves) on the piston crown.- Fit the pin and secure it using the circlips.
