170135 - M11 ONE OF THE REAR WINDOW MECHANISMS IS NOT WORKING

With the ignition in the ON position, when the button is operated, one of the rear electric windows is not working at all whilst the other one is working normally.

1CHECK USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENTALL OKPROBLEMS ENCOUNTEREDACTION
Connect the diagnostic equipment (Examiner or Examiner plus) to the diagnostic socket:

  • that there are no errors in the luggage compartment node control unit
  • the operation of the electric window concerned through active diagnosis
1. Presence of errors in the luggage compartment node control unit1. Continue following the instructions in the diagnostic table

2ELECTRICAL SYSTEM CHECK (ELECTRIC WINDOW MOTOR SUPPLY)ALL OKPROBLEMS ENCOUNTEREDACTION
Check:

  • The condition of the specific fuse in the dashboard junction unit
  • the condition of the connection between the door node concerned and the electric window motor (Wiring Diagram ) E3051 ELECTRIC REAR WINDOWS
Move on to Step 1. fuse damaged1. Replace the fuse
