Refitting

Undo the bolt fixing the reaction rod to the mounting bracket on the bodyshell.

- Position the hydraulic lift under the engine oil sump in order to work safely.1. Undo the nut (1a) fixing the rigid rear support (1b) to the mounting.

1. Undo the nut (1a) fixing the compressor/engine support (1b) to the flexible mounting.

1. Undo the retaining bolts.- Using the hydraulic lift, slightly raise the engine until the support slips away from the flexible mounting stud.2. Remove the flexible mounting from the housing in the crossmember.

Refitting ( Removing ) - Working with the hydraulic lift positioned under the engine oil sump, place the flexible mounting on the crossmember.- Tighten the bolts fixing the flexible mounting to the engine supporting crossmember to the recommended torque.

.	(to the chassis) 5	Bolt	FRONT FLEXIBLE MOUNTING BLOCKS, POWER UNIT	M10X 1.25

- Using the hydraulic lift, slightly raise the engine until the support engages with the flexible mounting stud.- Tighten the nut fixing the compressor/engine support to the flexible mounting.

.	(to the flexible mounting) 5	Nut	RIGID ENGINE MOUNT, TIMING SIDE	M10X 1.25

- Tighten the nut fixing the rigid rear support to the mounting to the recommended torque.

.	(to the flexible mounting) 5	Nut	RIGID REAR SUPPORT POWER UNIT	M10 X 1.25

- Remove the hydraulic lift.- Screw in and tighten the bolt fixing the reaction rod to the mounting bracket.

.	(to bracket on bodyshell) 5	Bolt	POWER UNIT REACTION ROD	M10 X 1.25
