75025 - 1056B60 single fuel manifold pipe, with injectors - r + r

Removing ( Refitting ) - Make sure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the negative battery terminal.    See in Op. 1016A40 Ignition COIL COVER on cylinder head - R.R.- Discharge the fuel pressure with the tool connected to the valve on the single fuel manifold pipe.

1. Disconnect the rapid connector for the fuel supply pipe from the single fuel manifold pipe.2. Release the fuel supply pipe from the band on the modular intake chamber.3. Disconnect the oil vapour recovery pipe from the tappet cover.4. Disconnect the electrical connections from the injectors.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the single fuel manifold pipe (1b) with injectors (1c).
Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the single fuel manifold pipe with injectors in its housing and secure it using the bolts.- Connect the electrical connections to the injectors.

- Connect the oil vapour recovery pipe to the tappet cover.- Secure the fuel supply pipe to the retaining band on the modular intake chamber.- Connect the rapid connector for the fuel supply pipe to the single fuel manifold pipe.    See in Op. 1016A40 Ignition COIL COVER on cylinder head - R.R.- Connect the negative battery lead.
