841006943 - E3051 ELECTRIC REAR WINDOWS OPERATIONAL DESCRIPTION (Passive Entry )

Operational Description

When excited by Body Computer M001, service relay R13, located in underfacia junction unit B002, supplies the boot compartment control unit M063 (pins 8 and 12 of connector C) by means of two lines protected by fuses F33 and F34 respectively.The window controls on left rear door H053 and right rear door H054 send earth signals to the boot compartment control unit, respectively:

  • to raise, to pin 7 of connector D and pin 7 of connector E;
  • to lower, to pin 16 of connector D and pin 17 of connector E;
The antipinch sensor on the front driver side door K019 is connected to the boot control unit at pins 3 of connector D and 32 of connector F, while right door sensor K024 is connected to pins 12 of connector E and 34 of connector G. Sensor faults are sent via the B-CAN network to the instrument panel (pins 3 and 4 of conector A), which shows a message on the display.Boot control unit M063 communicates via the B-CAN network with instrument panel E050 and the other control units involved in the function via pins 30 and 40 of connector F.Front driver door control unit M066 communicates its commands to the window motors and rear window control inhibition via the B-CAN network from pins 31 and 32 of connector C. Left rear window motor N065 is connected to the boot control unit at pins 7 and 8 of conector B. Similarly, the right motor N066 is connected to pins 9 and 10 of connector A.A signal from rain and dusk sensor K125 leaves via the A-BUS line from pin 4 of connector B of ceiling control unit M062. The signal is processed by the Body Computer M001 and sent (pin 7 of connector F) to the boot control unit M063 (pins 30 and 40 of connector F) via the B-CAN network.The central closure signal sent via Passive Entry control unit M064, is received via aerial RF P015 and sent to pins 1 and 22 of the control unit. This informs the Body Computer (pins 5 and 7 of connector H) and front door control units M066 and M067 (pins 31 and 32 of connector C) from pins 9 and 30 (via the B-CAN network).Body Computer M001 receives an INT/A (key-on) signal from ignition switch H001 at pin 27 of connector D via fuse F31 of underfacia control unit B002.
