The backrest electrical adjustment is not working / not working properly.

Select the following control unit at the diagnostic equipment:Driver''s/passenger seat control unit.Check the value of the following parameter:Backrest switch and check that it indicates released when the switch is released and indicates pressed when the switch is pressed.Move on to Step 5There is no change in the status of the switch.Move on to Step 2

Check the connection for the wiring at the electric seat control switch.Also check for any oxidation/impurities at the connector/switch.Move on to Step 31.Switch wiring connector detached or badly positioned on seat mounting.1.Fit connector correctly on switch.
