1Press the START/STOP button and turn off the engine.Disconnect the wiring harness from the linear sensor (for the climate control system)    See K120 LINEAR SENSOR FOR FANS Press the START/STOP button.Measure the voltage between Pin 2 of the wiring side connector and Earth, checking it is within the range between 4.8 and 5.2 V.Move on to Step 7Move on to Step 2
2Turn the ignition key OFF.Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the accelerator pedal potentiometer    See K055 ACCELERATOR PEDAL POTENTIOMETER Turn the ignition key ON.Measure the voltage between Pin 2 of the sensor and Earth, checking it is within the range between 4.8 and 5.2 V.    See K120 LINEAR SENSOR FOR FANS Move on to Step 5Move on to Step 6
3Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the air flow meter and repeat the measurement, checking the voltage is in the range between 4.8 and 5.2 V    See K041 AIR FLOW METER Move on to Step 6
4If faults are present, repair or if necessary replace the electrical wiring between the debimeter and the engine control unit.    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT The test can be considered overReplace the debimeter    Op. 1060G10 AIR FLOW METER - R.R.

10Display the A/C Pressure parameter (conditioned air) and check it is less than 0.3 VMove on to Step 6
