Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 1810A20 CLUTCH - R + R

On this vehicle in order to remove-refit the clutch, the power unit must be removed-refitted.    Op. 1004B10 POWER UNIT WITH MANUAL GEARBOX - R.R and then dismantled at the bench.    Op. 1004D10 POWER UNIT (MANUAL GEARBOX), REMOVED, DISMANTLE AND REASSEMBLE The latter operation includes removal/refitting of the clutch.

    Op. 1024B10 ENGINE FLYWHEEL - R + R FOR VERSIONS WITH MANUAL GEARBOX 1. Undo the bolts (1a), then remove the flywheel side oil seal cover (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) - Clean any residues of sealant from the mating surface between the flywheel side oil seal cover and the crankcase sump.- Apply silicone sealant to the mating surface of the crankcase sump and the flywheel side oil seal cover.

Apply a continuous strip of sealant, without breaks, taking care to ensure that it joins to the strip already present between the crankcase and engine block.

1. Place the flywheel side cover (1a) in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.
