Removing ( Refitting )

If the fuel pressure sensor is replaced, reset using an examiner after refitting.

- Make sure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the battery terminal (-).

    Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and move the vacuum pipes (1b) to one side. 1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the fuel pressure sensor on the fuel manifold.

2. Undo the pressure sensor from the fuel manifold and remove it. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the fuel pressure sensor in position on the fuel manifold and tighten it to the recommended torque.

- Connect the electrical connection to the fuel pressure sensor on the fuel manifold.- Refit the vacuum pipes in their seats and secure with bolts.    Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R - Connect the negative battery terminal.
