Removing ( Refitting ) - Make sure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the battery terminal (-).

    Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R 1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the fuel pressure regulator on the injector single manifold.

2. Undo the fuel pressure regulator on the single manifold to the injectors and remove it.

Lock the regulator using a spanner whilst undoing the nut fixing it to the manifold.

Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the fuel pressure regulator on the single manifold to the injectors back in its housing and tighten it to the recommended torque.

Lock the regulator using a spanner whilst tightening the nut fixing it to the manifold.

- Connect the electrical connection to the fuel pressure regulator on the injector single manifold.    Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R - Connect the negative battery terminal.
