Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R Op. 1060G70 VACUUM RESEVOIR - R.R 1. Loosen the band and disconnect the engine oil vapour recovery pipe, engine oil vapour separator side.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the condensed engine oil recovery pipe, engine oil vapour separator side.- Undo the bolts fixing the rigid degassing pipe to the upper head.- Loosen the intermediate band and disconnect the rigid degassing pipe from the connector on the upper head.- Unscrew the fastenings of the duplex vacuum pipes for the turbocharger vane postion actuator control solenoid.3. Undo nuts (3a) and remove mounting bracket (3b) complete with engine oil vapour separator (3c).

- Place the mounting bracket complete with engine oil vapour separator in its housing and secure it using the nuts.- Tighten the fastenings of the duplex vacuum pipes for the turbocharger vane postion actuator control solenoid.- Connect the rigid degassing pipe to the connector on the upper head and secure it using the band.- Tighten the bolts fixing the rigid degassing pipe to the upper head.- Connect the condensed oil recovery pipe, engine oil vapour separator side, and tighten the band.- Connect the engine oil vapour recovery pipe, engine oil vapour separator side and tighten the band.
