Removing ( Refitting )
The procedure which follows describes the removing-refitting of the flexible pipe to the left front brake, the same operations should be carried out for the flexible pipe to the right front brake.
- Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 4450B02 LEFT FRONT WHEEL - R.R     Op. 7055B90 LEFT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. - Remove the protective cap from the bleed valve on the brake caliper.- Connect the recovery device (pipe and reservoir) to the brake caliper bleed valve.- Loosen the bleed valve on the brake caliper and wait until the brake-clutch reservoir and pipes drains.1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the rigid pipe (1b), flexible pipe side.2. Withdraw the hose retaining clip.
1. Unscrew the nut securing the hose bracket to the front brakes.2. Remove the retaining clip (2a) and disengage the hose to the front brakes (2b) from the bracket.3. Undo the fitting (3a) and remove the hose to the front brake (3b).
Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Place the flexible pipe to the front brake (1a) back in its housing and connect it to the brake caliper tightening the connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Secure the hose to the front brake (2a) to the bracket and secure with clip (2b).3. Unscrew the nut securing the hose bracket to the front brakes.
1. Refit the hose retaining clip in its housing.2. Connect the rigid pipe (2a), flexible pipe side and tighten the connector (2b) to the recommended torque.
