Follow the recommended safety instructions (see 5010 - Precautions).

- Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R - Remove the engine compartment components that prevent access to the pipe.- Arrange a suitable container under the vehicle to connect the coolant.1. Adjust the heater inlet rapid connector and extract the pipe, collecting the fluid.

1. Remove the band.2. Disconnect the pipe from the connector on the engine.- Release the pipe and keep it.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the pipe is undamaged and is not affected by cracks that affect the seal.- Fit the pipe on the engine side connector and secure with the band.- Position the pipe and secure it correctly.- Connect the rapid connector to the heater inlet.- Refill the engine cooling circuit.
