Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 7050A20 ONE-PIECE REAR SEAT CUSHION - R.R. 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and move the submerged pump assembly access cover (1b) to one side.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the submerged pump.

2. Disconnect the fuel supply and return pipe rapid connectors.
1. Undo the ring nut (1a) using the tool (1b).

Take care because the ring nut comes off upwards as soon as it is released from the tank.
1. Lift up the submerged fuel assembly complete with level gauge control.2. Disconnect the additional fuel level sensor electrical connection.3. Disconnect the rapid connector for the connecting pipe between the pump supply and additional unit.4. Open the clips and disconnect the fuel draught pipe from the additional compartment.- Remove the submerged pump assembly.
- Remove the O-ring. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place a new O-Ring seal in the housing on the fuel tank collar and make sure that it is correctly positioned.- Connect the rapid connector for the connecting pipe between the pump supply and additional unit.- Connect the fuel draught pipe from the additional compartment to the clips.- Connect the additional fuel level sensor electrical connection.- Place the submerged pump assembly in position complete with level gauge respecting the references and arrows stamped on it and on the tank.- Tighten the ring nut securing the pump assembly with the tool used for the removal.- Connect the supply and return pipe rapid connectors.- Connect the electrical connection to the pump assembly.- Place the pump assembly access cover back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.    Op. 7050A20 ONE-PIECE REAR SEAT CUSHION - R.R.
