Removing ( Refitting )

On this version, the removing-refitting of the clutch hydraulic actuator/operating cylinder is only possible with the power unit removed and therefore refer to the operations    Op. 1004B10 POWER UNIT WITH MANUAL GEARBOX - R.R     Op. 1004D10 POWER UNIT (MANUAL GEARBOX), REMOVED, DISMANTLE AND REASSEMBLE

1. Unscrew the connector and disconnect the hydraulic clutch actuator rigid pipe.2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove clutch hydraulic actuator (2b) complete with seal. Refitting ( Removing ) - Check the condition of the clutch hydraulic actuator sealing ring and moisten slightly with transmission fluid.- Place the clutch hydraulic actuator in its housing and secure it using the bolts.
