Noise during operation
1LEVER POSITION CHECKALL OKPROBLEMS ENCOUNTEREDACTION
Check that the adjustment lever and support disc are correctly positioned.Move on to Step 2Not correctly positioned (rubbing, interference)Reposition them correctly (or replace the knob and/or disc) and lubricate with Krytox grease.
2CHECK ON BACKREST ADJUSTMENT ASSEMBLYALL OKPROBLEMS ENCOUNTEREDACTION
After partly removing the backrest upholstery, check whether the noise (creaking) is coming from the adjustment control unit.Move on to Step 3The noise is coming from the regulator body.Lubricate the bowden cable with Krytox grease (to confirm the diagnosis) and then apply grease.
3CHECK ON POSITIONING/ATTACHMENT OF PULLMAFLEX PLATEALL OKPROBLEMS ENCOUNTEREDACTION
Check that the Pullmaflex plate and/or adjustment cables are correctly positioned/attachedMove on to Step 4Positioning/attachment not correct.Reposition the Pullmaflex plate and/or adjustment cables correctly.
