) 1. Working under the left side of the dashboard, disconnect the electrical connection.

2. Release the idler lever from the motor (ball fitting).3. Undo the bolts.4. Remove the motor by releasing the splined connection shaft.

Although the various motors on the air conditioner casing are identical in shape, they are not interchangeable.When ordering a new motor, carefully identify the part code of the motor to be replaced and mark the position of the motor on the air conditioner casing.

- Check that the motor is not damaged.- Position the motor and engage the splined connection shaft.- Tighten the bolts.- Attach the idler lever to the motor (ball fitting).- Connect the electrical connection.- When reconnecting the battery, wait a few minutes to allow the system to realign the actuators.
