- Position the vehicle on a lift.1. Loosen the bolt (1a) and undo the bolt (1b) and remove the front bumper mounting bracket (1c).
1. Undo the bolt securing the air duct to the radiator.2. Loosen the bolt (2a), undo the bolt (2b) and remove the radiator mounting bracket (2c) complete with flexible mounting and lower radiator support pin.
Refitting

1. Fit the new radiator support pin in its housing until the retaining clip clicks into place.
- Fit the flexible mounting on the lower radiator support pin.- Tighten the bolt securing the air duct to the radiator.- Place the radiator mounting bracket complete with the flexible mounting in its housing and secure it using the bolts.- Place the bumper mounting bracket in its housing and secure it using the bolts.- Connect the bumper to the bracket fitted previously.- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
