WARNINGS
When working on the compartment covers, follow these precautions:
- When working on the hinges, take care not to damage the paintwork.
- After an adjustment to a door that has involved moving the hinges, the paintwork in the hinge area must be renewed.
- Work carefully on the fittings and use the recommended tools correctly to prevent damage.
PRECAUTIONS
Before working on the electrical system (connectors, electrical components, wiring etc.), always DISCONNECT THE BATTERY. | If the battery is disconnected the Steering Lock Node remains in the condition (unlocked or locked) that it is in: during workshop operations and repairs, whenever it is necessary to turn the steering wheel with the battery disconnected, leave the TEG inserted when the battery is disconnected. The steering will therefore remain released and free to turn. |
