PRECAUTIONS

Before working on the electrical system (connectors, electrical components, wiring etc.), always DISCONNECT THE BATTERY.

If the battery is disconnected, the Steering Lock Node remains in the condition (unlocked or locked) that it is in: therefore during workshop operations and repairs, whenever it is necessary to turn the steering wheel with the battery disconnected, leave the TEG inserted when the battery is disconnected. The steering will thereby remain unlocked and free to turn.
