- Open the bonnet.1. Release the screen washer fluid pipe partition passage seal.2. Disconnect the screen washer fluid pipe (2a) from the three-way connector (2b).3. Release the screen washer fluid pipe from the retainer.4. Using a screwdriver, release the retaining clips (without detaching them) on both the top ends of the telescopic struts, supporting the bonnet appropriately.5. Working on both sides of the vehicle, undo the hinge fixing bolts.6. Keep the bonnet.
Refitting

- Check that the bonnet is not damaged.- Position the bonnet and screw in the hinge fixing bolts (without tightening them).- Reconnect the telescopic struts, press fitting the ends in the ball pins.- Fit the retaining springs.- Secure the screen washer fluid pipe to the retainer.- Connect the screen washer fluid pipe to the three-way connector.- Fit the screen washer fluid pipe partition passage seal.
