The motors for the exterior rear view mirrors in P60 and P61 are operated by the driver''s door control unit M66 and the passenger door control unit M67, connected to one another via the CAN line and to the Body Computer M1 and to the driver''s seat movement and memory control unit H66. See E3076 ELECTRICALLY-ADJUSTABLE SEATSThe two mirrors contain a potentiometer for each motor which detects the position and sends a feedback signal to the control unit to pins 10 and 11 of connector E of M66 and M67. (pins 15 and 17 of connector E provide a power supply and earth for the potentiometers).Control units M66 and M67 receive a supply - at pin 11 of connector D - from the line protected by fuse F32 of underfacia control unit B2 .The controls on the driver''s door H44 include the joystick and control switch for the exterior rear view mirrors:- selection of the right/left mirror: signal to pin 30 of connector A of M66,- vertical movement: signal to pin 28 of connector A of M66,- horizontal movement: signal to pin 29 of connector A of M66,- mirror folding: signal to pin 20 of connector B of M66.On the basis of the requests set whilst driving or on the basis of values memorized, the control units M66 and M67 control the motors for mirrors P60 and P61 from pin 4 of connector E (joint) and pins 3 and 5 (horizontal and vertical movement respectively). The folding motors are controlled from pins 1 and 8 of connector E of M66 and M67.Electrochrome mirror P65 supplies an ignition-controlled power supply (INT) - from pin 23 of connector D - from a line protected by fuse F32 of under-dashboard control unit B2.The switch for the reversing lights I20 receives a supply controlled by the ignition (INT) from the fuse line F35 of the junction unit under the dashboard B2.When reverse is engaged, the switch closes to send a control signal to mirror P65 through control unit B2 - from pin 8 of connector D.
