) - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). - 7040D14 engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). Drain the brake-clutch fluid from the reservoir using a suitable syringe.1. Unclip the coolant outlet pipe from the reservoir.

1. Undo the bolt (1a) and move aside the coolant reservoir (1b).

1. Undo the connector and disconnect the inlet hose to the vibration damper, damper side.2. Undo the connector and disconnect the rigid pipe from damper to master cylinder, damper side.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the hydraulic clutch system vibration damper (3b).

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Fit the hydraulic clutch system vibration damper (1a) with its bolts (1b).2. Connect the rigid pipe from damper to master cylinder, damper side, and tighten the connector to the specified torque.

3. Connect the inlet hose to the vibration damper, damper side, and tighten the connector to the specified torque

Refit the coolant reservoir and secure it with its bolt.Secure the coolant outlet pipe from the reservoir to its clip. - 1820B08 Clutch release HYDRAULIC SYSTEM - Bleeding air and restoring level . - 7040D14 engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left).

Removing ( Refitting

) Proceed with removal - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left side). Proceed with removal - 7040D14 engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left side). Drain the brake-clutch fluid from the reservoir using a suitable syringe.Unclip the coolant outlet pipe from the reservoir.1. Undo the bolt (1a) and move aside the coolant reservoir (1b).

1. Undo the connector and disconnect the inlet hose to the vibration damper, damper side.2. Undo the connector and disconnect the pipe from the vibration damper to the clutch hydraulic actuator, damper side.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the hydraulic clutch system vibration damper (3b).

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Place the clutch hydraulic circuit vibration damper (1a) back in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts (1b).2. Connect the pipe from the damper to the clutch hydraulic actuator, damper side, and tighten the connector to the specified torque.

3. Connect the inlet hose to the vibration damper, damper side, and tighten the connector to the specified torque.

Refit the coolant reservoir and secure it with the bolt.Secure the coolant outlet pipe from the reservoir to its clip. Proceed with refitting - 0010T64 brake and or clutch fluid check level and top up as necessary . Proceed with refitting - 0010T67 hydraulic clutch system bleed air . Proceed with the refitting - 7040D14 engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left side). Proceed with the refitting - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left side).
