3314716 - 4450D10 hub of one rear wheel, l/h or r/h - r+r with wheel removed

The bearings with the multi-polar magnetic codifier for A.B.S. active sensors should never be placed in direct contact with permanent magnets or electro-magnets.
Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp. - 4450B11  WHEEL (one) rear - R.R. .  - 3310B48  rear brake disc - r r . 1. Undo the bolt (1a) and remove the rear wheel rpm sensor (1b) from its housing.2. Remove the rear wheel hub cover.3. Remove the bevel and undo the wheel hub nut.
1. Remove the rear wheel hub (1a) complete with bearing using tools (1b) and (1c).

Remove the bearing outer track, as necessary, from the stub axle using a chisel.
Protective goggles should be worn for this operation.
1. Remove the bearing (1a) outer track using tools (1b) and (1c).

Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Fit the rear wheel hub (1a) complete with bearing using the tool (1b).

Tighten the rear wheel hub nut to the recommended torque.

1. Stake the nut as illustrated in the diagram using a chisel.
Fit the rear wheel hub cover.Replace the rear wheel rpm sensor in its housing and fix it using the bolt. - 3310B48  rear brake disc - r r .  - 4450B11  WHEEL (one) rear - R.R. . Remove the car from the ramp. Check and if necessary adjust the wheel geometry values  - 4450A40  rear wheel geometry - check using optical equipment .
