) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Proceed with removal - 4450B10 Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. .Remove the protective cap on the brake caliper bleed valve. Connect the collection system (pipe and reservoir) to the bleed valve on the brake caliper. Operate the brake pedal until the brake-clutch fluid reservoir is empty.1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the low brake-clutch fluid warning light switch.

2. Undo the connectors (2a) and (2b) and remove the rigid pipes from the master cylinder to the ABS hydraulic control unit (2c).3. Undo the connector (3a) and disconnect the rigid pipe fromthe hydraulic unit to the front right brake (3b), hydraulic unit side. Release the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake from the attachment on the control unit mounting.

Proceed with removal - 5530B10 battery - r+r .Proceed with removal - 5530B52 Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R. .Proceed with removal - 4450B12 front or rear wheels (two) - r+r .Proceed with the removal - 7055B64 Engine compartment DUST shield in front wheel arch (one), left or right - R.R. (Right and left sides). 1. Release the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake from the attachments on the engine compartment bulkhead.

1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake (1b), flexible pipe side.2. Release the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the front right brake from the attachment in the wheelarch.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the protection (1b) for the fuel supply pipe and fuel vapour recovery pipe. 2. Release the fuel supply pipe and fuel vapour recovery pipe from the attachments on the underbody.

1. Working in the wheel compartment, remove the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake.

Refitting ( Removing

) Place the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake back in its housing.Secure the fuel supply pipe and fuel vapour recovery pipe to the attachments on the underbody.Refit in its seating the protection for the fuel supply pipe and fuel vapour recovery pipe and fix it with the bolts. Fix the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the front right brake to the attachment in the wheelarch. 1. Connect the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the front right brake (1a), flexible pipe side, and tighten the connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

Secure the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake to the attachments on the engine Proceed with refitting - 4130A10 power steering box - r+r - check tow-in if necessary separately - includes bleeding . Proceed with refitting - 4450B12 front or rear wheels (two) - r+r .Proceed with refitting - 5530B52 Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R. .Proceed with refitting - 5530B10 battery - r+r .Secure the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake to the attachment on the control unit mounting. 1. Connect the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake (1a), hydraulic unit side, and tighten the connector (1b) to the specified torque.

2. Place the rigid pipes from the master cylinder to the ABS hydraulic unit (2a) in their seatings, and tighten the connectors (2b) and (2c) to the recommended torque.

3. Connect the electrical connection to the low brake-clutch fluid warning light switch.

Bleed the air from the hydraulic braking system - 3330A14 HYDRAULIC BRAKING SYSTEM - Bleed air . - 4450B10 Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. .Remove the car from the ramps.
