Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the ABS electronic and hydraulic control unit.

2. Undo the bolts fixing the A.B.S. electronic and hydraulic control unit mounting brackets.- Raise the A.B.S. electronic and hydraulic control unit as necessary, complete with mounting brackets.3. Loosen the band and disconnect the flexible pipe from the clutch reservoir to the master cylinder, reservoir side.

Collect the brake-clutch fluid that comes out.

1. Disconnect the flexible pipe from the reservoir to the clutch master cylinder, master cylinder side and remove it.- Remove the gasket. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the flexible pipe from the clutch reservoir to the master cylinder in its housing and connect it to the master cylinder (press fit without a band).

Make sure that the gasket is present and correctly positioned.Do not use mineral grease.

- Connect the flexible pipe from the clutch reservoir to the master cylinder, reservoir side and tighten the band.- Place the A.B.S. electronic and hydraulic control unit in its housing, complete with mounting brackets.- Tighten the bolts fixing the A.B.S. electronic and hydraulic control unit mounting brackets to the recommended torque.
