Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 3340A12 ABS HYDRAULIC AND ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT - R.R.     Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.     Op. 1048A32 HOSE FROM AIR FILTER TO INTAKE MANIFOLD - R + R    Op. 3330C10 MASTER CYLINDER (PUMP) - R + R 1. Working on the rear of the brake pedal, press the retaining tabs and retract the brake servo push rod from the brake pedal.
1. Undo the nuts fixing the brake servo to the pedal assembly.
- On versions with air conditioning only, drain the air conditioning system fluid with reference to    Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE 1. Undo the nut (1a) and remove the air conditioning system fluid pipe (1b).
1. Disconnect the single-acting valve from the brake servo.2. Remove the brake servo.3. Adjust the inner clips and remove the retaining device from the push rod.
Always replace the retaining device for the brake servo push rod each time it is removed, even if it appears to be undamaged.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Fit the brake servo in its seat and tighten the nuts to the recommended torque.

- Fit the new retaining device on the brake pedal. - Lift up the brake pedal and position the brake servo push rod by the retaining device.- Press the brake pedal to fit the brake servo push rod on the retaining device.- Connect the single-acting valve to the brake servo.- For versions with air conditioning only, connect the air conditioning system coolant pipe and secure it using the bolt.    Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE     Op. 3330C10 MASTER CYLINDER (PUMP) - R + R     Op. 1048A32 HOSE FROM AIR FILTER TO INTAKE MANIFOLD - R + R    Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.     Op. 3340A12 ABS HYDRAULIC AND ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT - R.R.     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R
